Return / Exchange Policy

Thank you for placing your trust in Artech Promotional Products & Wear (1104442 Ontario Inc. herein referred referred to as Artech Promotional). We stand behind the quality of our goods and services and we hope you are happy with your gear.  We acknowledge that sometimes things aren’t what they should be and we are sorry that they haven’t met your expectations.  Any claims for misprinted/embroidered, damaged or defective products must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the order.

This version of the Return Policy is effective as of 02/8/2018

Unless clear evidence of defective products or production error has been made by Artech Promotional that is in conflict to the specifications in the production order and artwork proof, no refunds or replacements with be accepted.  Artech Promotional reserves the right for discretion to authorise (or refuse) reproduction or a refund of any product purchased by a customer and all returns must be pre-authorised.

Artwork Approval

At Artech Promotional we proof our customers to avoid any misconception of how their finished promotional apparel or product should look.  During this process we are expecting the customer’s responsibility to direct us in their requirements prior to the approval.  Upon approval the customer assumes the onus of the artwork production on products.

Cancellation Policy

In the case of order cancellation prior to production, a 20% restocking fee (with a minimum of $15) of undecorated product may be required at the discretion of Artech Promotional.  This fee covers the return of procured products from distributors.  Artwork charges will also be applicable upon cancellation of the order.

Reasons for Returns

Damaged Products – We strive to filter any garment or product items that may be defective or damaged prior to our production. We will refund the cost of the individual product (from the order) if it is deemed damaged or faulty and it is not due to wear and tear after being supplied.

Defective Product Production – Any major production error that is found.  In the event that we misprint/embroider your order we will resupply it at no extra charge.  This rarely happens and only applies to serious mistakes like printing the wrong art, wrong location or ordering the wrong colour garment.

Wrong Sizes – If your order has incorrect sizes we will replace or refund the item, however no refunds will be given for correct sizes that do not fit.

How should you return your items

Please report your problem to Artech Promotional before sending anything back.  Customers with defective items should contact their sales rep directly.  Call 1-800-846-3147.  After speaking with us please inform us via email that your item/s are being returned.  Shipped items should be returned to:

When should items be returned by

Items should be returned within 30 days of the shipping/pickup date.

Credit for returns

No credit for returns will be given.  Artech Promotional will either refund or replace the defective or damaged products.
